Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Immigration, Business Setup, and PRO Services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals, and convert them into clients.
  • Conduct consultation meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with expats, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to start businesses in the UAE.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on UAE business laws, Free Zone & Mainland setup procedures.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management.

Skills & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in sales or business development (preferably in business setup or immigration).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
Knowledge of UAE Business Laws: Familiarity with Free Zone and Mainland business setup.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead generation tools.
